soundscape4dei is a project that seeks to share the activity at DEI through an immersive sound experience. All musical compositions are being created generatively through real-time analysis of data and respective translation into auditory language. With a temporary muting option for the purpose of meetings or similar circumstances, the system can be listened 24/7 at the CISUC bar.

Whether it's a trip, a purchase, the allocation of a scholarship or the publication of an article, each event is played for one minute. The details are reproduced through a melody in morse code and the associated CISUC group is represented by punctual notes from different instruments.
